Terms of Service
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of TAM Inbox (the “Service”), provided by TAM (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
1. The Service
TAM Inbox is a business messaging platform that connects to the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) as an authorized Meta Business Solution Provider, letting teams manage conversations, templates, broadcasts, automations, and related features from a shared inbox.
TAM Inbox is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of the Service is also subject to Meta’s own WhatsApp Business Platform policies, which you are responsible for complying with independently of these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under it, including actions taken by team members you invite. Notify us promptly at taminbox@tamcons.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise at checkout) until cancelled. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before it ends. Current plans and pricing are shown on our pricing page and in your account’s Billing settings; the price in effect at the time of each billing cycle is the price actually charged.
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Beyond our own platform fee, your use of the underlying WhatsApp Business Platform is subject to Meta’s own conversation-based pricing, billed by Meta directly or passed through depending on your account setup - TAM does not mark up Meta’s own charges.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited, spam, or messages violating WhatsApp’s own messaging and commerce policies;
- Transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harassing content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without a separate written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, Meta’s policies, or applicable law, with notice where practicable.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the contact data, message content, and other business data you store in the Service. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to message the contacts you upload or message through the Service, and for complying with applicable consent and data-protection law in doing so.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, including where that depends on the availability of Meta’s own WhatsApp Business Platform. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice, and may update these Terms from time to time - material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing; cancellation stops future renewals but does not itself entitle you to a refund for the current period (see our Refund Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these Terms that isn’t cured after notice.
9. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to taminbox@tamcons.com or via our contact form.
