Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TAM (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with TAM Inbox (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account information - name, email, company name, and billing details you provide when signing up or managing your subscription.
- WhatsApp Business data - message content, contact phone numbers and names, message templates, and delivery/read status, exchanged through your connected WhatsApp Business Account via Meta’s Cloud API, so the Service can function as your team inbox.
- Usage data - log and analytics data (e.g. feature usage, error reports) used to operate and improve the Service.
- Payment data - processed directly by our payment providers (PayPal and, where enabled, Paddle); we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
- To deliver messages, templates, broadcasts, and automations you configure;
- To process payments and send billing-related communications;
- To respond to support requests sent via our contact form or email;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Sharing
We share data only as needed to operate the Service:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. - message and contact data necessarily flows through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) to send and receive messages, subject to Meta’s own data terms;
- Payment processors (PayPal, and Paddle where enabled) - to process subscription payments;
- Infrastructure providers - hosting and email-delivery providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- Where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
4. Data retention
We retain account and conversation data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, or support obligations. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting taminbox@tamcons.com.
5. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest and encrypted connections in transit, to protect data within the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at taminbox@tamcons.com.
7. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under 18.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
